A major supplier to the Telecom industry is having an IP incident that may be affecting inbound and outbound calling and well as DTMF. We have seen several reports of DTMF tones not being transmitted correctly on calls through Bria on Monday, September 27. This appears to be an issue affecting multiple VOIP service providers and/or ISPs.
